These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Corepine websites, products, documentation, and related services. Corepine is a software brand operated by Namu.
Acceptance
By accessing or using Corepine services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining account credentials and account activity.
- You must provide accurate information when registering.
- Corepine may suspend or terminate accounts used in violation of these Terms.
Licensing And Access
- Purchased licenses grant usage rights as defined by the selected product policy.
- Premium products may require a valid paid license for installation, updates, and continued access.
- License access may be limited by project, plan, seat count, or entitlement scope.
- Sharing credentials or attempting unauthorized access may result in suspension or revocation.
Wirechat Pro License Options
Wirechat Pro licenses are one-time purchases with the entitlement shown at checkout. The available options are:
- Single Project: Use Wirechat Pro in one application or project. The license uses an activation domain or project ID to identify that project. Local development, testing, staging, and production use must remain associated with the same project entitlement and activation limits.
- Unlimited Projects: Use Wirechat Pro in unlimited client and internal projects. This option includes updates for the period shown at checkout.
- Lifetime: Use Wirechat Pro in unlimited projects and receive updates for the lifetime of the product while Wirechat Pro and its associated services remain supported. Lifetime does not guarantee indefinite maintenance, continued third-party service availability, or any particular future feature.
Each option includes access to the Wirechat Pro version and documented features available under the purchased entitlement. Time-limited options may include a manual renewal option for continued updates after the included update period. Support coverage follows the product and checkout details available at the time of purchase.
Pre-release Versions
Some Corepine products or versions may be offered as alpha, beta, or release-candidate software. A pre-release version may contain bugs, incomplete features, compatibility issues, or breaking changes.
The purchase provides access to the version and documented features included with the selected product and license. Future features, improvements, integrations, or roadmap items are not guaranteed. Feature requests and feedback are welcome, but they do not create an obligation to implement a particular feature.
Unless the product or checkout states otherwise, customers who purchase a pre-release version will receive access to the corresponding stable release at no additional charge. Support covers the documented features included with the purchased version.
Billing And Payments
- Payments are processed through third-party providers.
- Product pricing is available on the Pricing page, and final pricing, taxes, and billing details are shown at checkout.
- Refund eligibility follows the Refund Policy.
- For purchases completed through Polar, Polar acts as the Merchant of Record, conducts the order process, provides payment support, and handles returns for those orders.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Abuse, disrupt, or attempt to compromise platform security.
- Reverse engineer or bypass licensing and access controls.
- Use services in violation of applicable law.
Intellectual Property
Corepine and its licensors retain all rights in software, branding, documentation, and related materials except rights expressly granted by license.
Third-Party Services
Corepine integrates with third-party services (such as payment processors, source-control platforms, hosting providers, and analytics services that may include Google Analytics when enabled). By using Corepine services, you acknowledge that relevant operational data may be processed by these providers under their own terms and privacy policies.
Corepine is not responsible for third-party service availability or policies.
Disclaimer
Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, except where prohibited by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corepine is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.
Termination
Corepine may suspend or terminate access for violations, abuse, legal requirements, or operational risk. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive.
Changes To Terms
Corepine may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
Refund Policy
Corepine offers a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund policy for paid digital product and license purchases.
If you are unsatisfied with a Corepine purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date. To request a refund, contact support@corepine.dev with the email address used for the purchase and the product or license you want refunded.
Approved refunds are processed through the payment provider and returned to the original payment method where possible. Bank, card, or payment-provider processing times may vary.
When a purchase is refunded, Corepine may disable the related license, downloads, private package access, updates, and customer-panel entitlements for that purchase.
This policy does not limit any refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or consumer rights that apply under local law.
